20. Stay Positive

We mentioned keeping toxic people out of your life, but also keep toxic news out of your life too. Keep your world filled with positivity so that may mean limiting or cutting off watching the news. If you can’t bear to stop watching the news, here’s a tip: Mute the parts that are exploitative or negative. Same goes with social media, be careful how much time you spend on it and who you follow.

21. Music Fuels Motivation

Ever hear that one song that gets your heart beat up, puts a smile on your face and makes you want to dance? All from a song. Make a playlist and put high tempo music on it.

There are lots of fitness related support groups on Facebook to join, just search them out. 24. Gyms with Childcare

If you have kids and can’t find anyone to watch them while you go to the gym, look for gyms that have their own childcare. Often the gym childcare is at a much reduced rate. The kids will enjoy their playtime while you burn some calories (and clear your head).
